service shortcomings overshadowed convenience

the hotel's location was convenient as it was near my travel destination.
My room was not cleaned during my entire stay. this included no change of towels or linens. the staff seemed unconcerned when i raised this issue. They offered no real solution.

The breakfast buffet had a nice range of options. Extending my stay from one night to two was also easy.
The air conditioning turned off automatically during the night! I woke up feeling too warm and did not know how to turn it back on. There was also no window I could open for fresh air.

The location was quite convenient. It was very close to the airport. aldi was also right next to the hotel, it made grabbing snacks very easy.
i found the room to be too hot, and the ac seemed to switch off frequently. even when set to the maximum setting, the cooling was not very effective, i did not like it.
