The staffs caring nature impressed me. They worked hard to make guests comfortable. I shared my feedback with the management team about some issues. The team promptly addressed them by providing a better room.

I noticed a minor inconvenience, the air-conditioning location in the room does not allow for good circulation. A standing fan could help improve the air distribution. This would improve comfort . It should be addressed.

The staff seemed friendly, alright, I guess.

Customer service needs help. It seems like a learning curve for hotels here. I only got one towel. The door was broken, the fridge was busted and the bed was no prize either.

The Air conditioning unit failed TO circulate air effectively. Its placement did NOT optimize cooling. mosquitoes infiltrated the room. They bit my wife, irritating. I also saw NO mosquito repellent.
