Upon arrival, the room smelled of smoke and was being aired out, which wasn't the best first impression. The hotel has a shopping mall-like vibe and the room looked worse than the twin bed bedroom we previously stayed in at another site. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable, just 5 minutes from Dongse Underground Station, with friendly locals ready to help. However, the service was a bit disappointing as the staff asked me to go to the 7th floor and had unprofessional interactions. The dining experience was average and pricey, but the location makes up for it with proximity to Wanfujing Street and Hutong alleys full of shops and cafes.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was given was not very nice, located at the back of the hotel in a very old section. However, I have stayed here before and experienced a luxurious and stunning room with an attached toilet. The night was quite noisy, which was a downside.
