great view friendly staff local attractions

my room offered a great view from the 10th floor. the staff was very friendly and offered great support. hank assisted us with local attractions and travel needs. the location is perfect for visiting all the important places in the city.

i experienced a slight delay in getting coffee one morning. i asked for it in a takeaway cup, and i initially received an empty cup.

the hotel is in a very convenient location near the main shopping area. the staff were attentive and sent a bowl of salt to my room when my husband had a sore throat (i really appreciated that!).

the hotel charged for my children's breakfast, even though children stay free. there was also a queue for breakfast, it took about 10 minutes to get a table.

The hotel location allowed quick access to many attractions. The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast had several options that catered to various tastes.

Check-in was a bit difficult because some staff do not speak English. There was a deposit taken, but it was not returned immediately. The hotel charged my card extra, and it was not resolved at checkout.

The staff went beyond expectations. Ms. lulu greeted me with warmth. ms. ella offered superb restaurant tips, and i enjoyed the breakfast and dinner . mr hank and mr richard provided city guidance, which ensured i explored safely. the hotel decorations looked beautiful upon my arrival.
