The property operates on a pay-by-the-hour concept with specific check-in/out time slots available around the clock. After check-in, guests are escorted to their pod or cabin by one of the hostesses. The lounge includes a small waiting area for both arriving and departing guests.

Sleepover Terminal 3 offers state-of-the-art 'Igloo'-style Sleep Pods for one-hour power naps or full nights. YAWN double Cabins include a pull-out kids' bed, allowing families to rest together. The Pods can also function as an Office-Pod-to-go for completing urgent work in privacy.

The sleep lounge is located opposite Gate A1 at A-Gates in Terminal 3, inside the DXB transit area. In close vicinity there are restaurants, a prayer room, and extensive duty-free shopping. Public restrooms and showers (at a charge) are just outside the Sleep Lounge.

YAWN double Cabins come with a pull-out bed for children, allowing a family of three to sleep in one cabin. The pay-by-the-hour model suits families with varying layover lengths. Staff can assist with early check-in requests when available.

Each Igloo Pod can be used as an Office-Pod-to-go, offering a private workspace with charging ports and ambient lighting. The lounge provides free Wi-Fi and a quiet environment for completing tasks. Guests can book specific time slots aligned with their work schedule.
