Peter at the reception provided excellent care. his kindness and professionalism. the bedding was comfortable. i especially enjoyed the restaurant. The mushroom soup was delicious.
i found that the handicapped room was located far from the elevator. the door had a self-closing mechanism, so i could not open it easily. the handicapped bathroom lacked toilet paper, bathing towels and soap.

i enjoyed the regular shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes it was quite convenient there is a restaurant available where i could order until 11 pm also the room was adequately sized for my needs the breakfast offered a very good diverse selection. i found the check-in process very smooth i also received a dental kit. they provided a box breakfast for me to take when i had to leave early it was a fabulous gesture
the room looked somewhat dark and lacked brightness i noticed some chip crumbs in the closet also the bathroom door had a noticeable stain it looked to be coffee there was also no outlet available in the bathroom to use for drying hair

the rooms were large and functional. staff was visible at all hours and were very friendly (always ready to help). the breakfast was great. timeliness and efficiency was why we chose an airport hotel versus something in town.
The airport shuttle filled up quickly. It took over an hour to get to the hotel.

the rooms were spacious. the shower was great (i liked how hot it got) and the bed was comfortable. there is a free shuttle to the airport.
i was charged for five breakfasts though i stayed for only two nights. the staff onsite could not assist and told me to contact them via email. this was inadequate service.
