The buggy transport service from the airport was amazing, it really eased my travels. ALL the staff members were very kind, and their hospitality was amazing. The room service food was also quite delicious. Everything tasted so fresh.

I found the room wasn't cleaned as it should have been. There was a tissue left. A ticket from the previous guest also remained. It was still on the shelf. I learned the pool was not available. The website changed to show the pool would remain closed.

It's easy to get to the airport, just a short walk using a covered walkway. Buggy service is available from the terminal, that is very convenient. My room upgrade included free breakfast, I found many choices.

The gym equipment shows some age, even so, everything still works. I notice some outdated equipment.

The staff was always available. They were ready to provide assistance with directions. Quick check-in and check-out services were appreciated. I noticed prompt and friendly service at all the times .
