The hotel had a few ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there were some hairs in the bed and on the pillows. The service was friendly and professional, although there was an incident of early morning room checking. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the airport, and with easy access to rental car services. The dining experience was good, especially the Harry Caray restaurant on-site.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having two rooms and televisions was great for privacy, and the kids enjoyed watching their favorite shows. The refrigerator and microwave were convenient amenities.
