My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, embodying a classic Westin feel. They were not only comfortable but, most importantly to me, impeccably CLEAN. The amenities like the fridge, cable TV, fast internet, and hot water made my stay even more enjoyable. The view of the city from my room was stunning, and the abundance of outlets was convenient. Plus, being so close to the airport was a great advantage.

The service was exceptional. Though a bit slow to respond to calls, they were incredibly polite and helpful. They also accommodated my complicated payment arrangement, making my stay stress-free.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of some excellent restaurants and a McDonald's for a quick bite. Being near the airport and still in close proximity to the convention center was extremely convenient. The FREE airport shuttle service provided added a lot of value to my stay.

The hotel room was really spacious with plenty of room for 4 friends to share the living space and bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful, although some were not accommodating.
