The hotel offers a room with an excellent view and all my needed amenities. The wonderful view of the flamingo habitat was a special touch, and the king-size bed was super comfy. However, the service lacked any customer service at all, especially during morning check-in. The location was amongst all casinos but in totally different towers. The dining experience at Tacos y Margaritas had a beautiful view of the wildlife. The price was pretty good, although I expected more value for money.

The hotel had a fantastic location right in the heart of the strip with access to lots of restaurants. The rooms offered a great view and nice beds, although they were not clean or well-maintained. The service could be better, as I had to request room cleaning and assistance from the manager while facing long wait times. Dining had high-quality food and included drinks, but the long lines for the manager were frustrating. Overall, a great location with room for improvement in cleanliness and service.
