I found the room clean and quite spacious. the staff were friendly, assisting with a smooth check-in process. i appreciated the on-demand shuttle service. It made getting to the airport stress-free. the hotel restaurant served a good turkish meal with reasonably priced wine.
i did notice some wear and tear in the annex part of the hotel.. a little tlc here would elevate the guest experience significantly.

I stayed one night before flying. the room was clean. The bed was comfortable! i also appreciated the courtesy bus that took me to the airport and collected me upon my return. the car remained safe in the hotel grounds.

I stayed one night prior to my early morning flight. The shuttle service was prompt for both airport trips. It was really convenient. The staff helped with luggage at reception, which I appreciated. The in-house restaurant was a treat. I was able to have a satisfying Turkish meal at a reasonable price.
The bathroom amenities were minimal. An extra bar of soap would have been handy.

The staff booked me in quickly. They arranged the shuttle to Gatwick for the next day. The room had a bath and shower. I could not have asked for more. I had a shared mixed grill with chicken shish and lamb shish. It was AMAZING!!!
