I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and had some great extras, like a small sofa and desk space, but the shower over the bath was a bit inconvenient for me. The frayed edges were a minor issue for me, and the noise from outside affected my overall rating slightly.

The service was very good overall. The staff were lovely and hardworking, but it was noticeable they were under pressure at times. While friendly and welcoming, many of them seemed quite young and inexperienced.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, with over 200 people coming from various places. It was good for different activities and places, but a bit hard to find the junction to the hotel, which could be improved. The proximity to the airport and south-west Nottingham was convenient.
