dusty room unclean blinds
The breakfast was acceptable , with a variety of choices.
The room was quite dusty , and the blinds were not clean. I also noticed that the in-room phone didn't work initially, requiring a fix later. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

faulty registration missed cleaning
the breakfast registration was faulty. for three mornings, i had to explain an error as staff did not understand why i was not on the list. despite a door sign, room cleaning did not happen during my three-day stay. i wanted fresh towels but did not have time to ask at reception.

Really good Stay Near Schiphol!

The shuttle service to Schiphol was super convenient! My Twin Studio Apartment was spacious with helpful amenities. I enjoyed the staff's friendliness and the overall room size.
I noticed some hairs in the shower, cleanliness could be better. Some marks in the toilet were not removed properly. My requests were not met. The room was not clean.

a decent stay
spa area swimming pool small supermarket hotel location breakfast list missing registration uncleaned room no cleaning
The swimming pool was very nice. there was also a spa area, i liked that! the hotel is near keukenhoft. It took only 25 minutes to get there. there is a small supermarket in the hotel, so it was easy to buy things.
I noticed we weren't on the breakfast list, even though we should have been. i had to explain it every morning. That was a hassle. our room was not cleaned during our three-day stay, even after we put the sign on the door. we didn't bother to complain because we didn't have time.

versatile breakfast timely shuttle good start dim lighting slow drain towel shortage
The breakfast was very versatile. It had all I needed for a good start. The airport shuttle was on time. It really helped as my flight was early.
The room lighting was bad. It had a very dim ambiance. I needed brighter lights to work at night. The sink drain was slow too. one morning, there weren't enough towels, really inconvenient.
