Convenient and Clean Airport Stay
free shuttle king suite airport access
The hotel is convenient for airport access, especially with the round-the-clock, complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle makes travel between T3 and the hotel VERY easy. My room was upgraded at no extra cost to a king suite. The room was large and had nice views.
The check-in process was a bit slow and felt understaffed at the priority desk.

adequate airport hotel experience

the hotel breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. western and chinese food choices were available. everything i tried tasted fresh. the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to terminals 2 and 3.
i found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the wifi did not work. this made it difficult to contact family to let them know i arrived safely. the hotel wanted payment for the reservation only in chinese yen, i felt it was not ideal.

Convenient Airport Stay!
airport shuttle attentive staff breakfast option soundproof room
The complimentary airport shuttle operates every 20 minutes to Terminal 3. It made getting to my flight seamless. My room included both a television speaker in the bathroom and soundproofing that kept out external noise. I found the staff both in the Executive Lounge and throughout the hotel to be very attentive. The breakfast buffet featured numerous options including tasty Chinese dishes.
The payment process required Chinese yen, they did not accept US dollarswith an unexpected CONCERN.

The room featured effective soundproofing, ESPECIALLY important near an airport. It also had a television speaker in the bathroom, a thoughtful touch. The bed was comfortable and contributed to a restful stay before my early flight.

excellent stay near the airport
attentive staff disposable slippers
the staff was very attentive. a bed rail guard was in the room. disposable slippers was provided for kids also. my 3-year old girl seemed very happy about that.
the western restaurant was very expensive. the quality was not appropriate. the wine list had few options.

decent rooms but some concerns
poor wifi limited breakfast
the wifi did not work i could not contact my family. i found this very stressful because i needed to tell them i arrived. the hotel only accepted chinese yen for payment. the takeout breakfast was also disappointing it included just two bread buns one boiled egg apple juice and yogurt.
