i found the hotel's location very convenient near the butterfly garden. a 7/11 store was just around the corner if the restaurants did not appeal to you. the room had the very best lighting and it stayed perfectly cool.
i found the food not appealing, it was presented in an old folder with pictures.

the hotel location in terminal 2 helped me get to my room fast after landing. the free breakfast was a great bonus.
the check-in experience was not good because of a staff member who was not friendly. i think the staff needs more customer service training. also, the food was not great.

the location near the butterfly garden was convenient for a quick visit.
the food was atrocious at the price we paid. dinner was sub-par, and i could barely eat the breakfast. stale bread and a lack of variety were disappointing.

i was not thrilled about the cleanliness. it wasn't awful, but i definitely expected more for what i paid. there were tiny ants crawling around in the bathroom and later, i found them on the desk too. it's not exactly the relaxing transit experience i was hoping for..
